Privacy Policy
Last updated October 7, 2026.
AlertBirdie, a service of 9i9e LLC, sends product price alerts by SMS. This policy explains what AlertBirdie collects when you text the AlertBirdie number or use this site, and how that information is used.
Information we collect
To run the alerts you set up, AlertBirdie collects:
- Your phone number
- Product URLs / alert preferences, such as a target price and how often you want a check
- Message content needed to run alerts
How we use information
AlertBirdie uses this information to send SMS alerts you requested. That means saving the product watch you asked for, checking the product page, and texting you when the price condition is met.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies (product price alerts when conditions are met, and setup messages). Message and data rates may apply.
A messaging provider and your mobile carrier deliver those texts. They receive only what is needed to send the alerts you requested. They are not permitted to use your SMS opt-in data for their own marketing.
How to opt out
Text STOP to the AlertBirdie number, (908) 388-4340. You can also reply STOP to any AlertBirdie message. After you opt out, AlertBirdie will not send further SMS alerts unless you opt in again.
