These terms cover use of AlertBirdie, a service of 9i9e LLC, including the SMS product price alerts you request by text. If you do not agree, do not text AlertBirdie or use this site.
The service
AlertBirdie lets you text a product URL, set a target price, and receive a message when that price condition is met. The first reply may name other alert types. Only product price alerts can be configured today.
SMS Terms
AlertBirdie sends product price alerts by SMS from (908) 388-4340. By opting in, you agree to these SMS terms:
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies (product price alerts; typically a few messages when setting up alerts and when price conditions are met).
- Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
- Opt-in is texting START (or UNSTOP to resubscribe) to (908) 388-4340 after seeing the website CTA. Other words, including HELP, do not sign you up.
- Receiving AlertBirdie SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to the AlertBirdie number.
